The mean Hungarian lady saved the day
Maybe two or three hours into the train ride it started to get absolutely freezing in the cabin.
Burrr.
Kicking out an elderly couple from their cabin
I climbed the train on route to Budapest from Vienna. As I was walking along the hallway, all the cabins had reserved signs on the door. I happened to pass an older couple in the 60’s who sat alone in one of the cabins. In my mind I thought, perfect people to ask whether all these cabins were reserved.
I slid open the door and asked in English ‘Are all these cabins reserved?’

Lost in Bruges
Here I was in Bruges, seeing what Colin Farrell would have seen when filming Lost in Bruges.
I glanced at the time and saw that I only had 60 minutes to get back to the train station. I had my trusty map but I learned it was not so trusty. With so many small streets and lack of detail on the map…
It was now my turn, I was lost in Bruges.
